Vibration Measurement Analysis
Vibration measurement is the most widely used and cost-efficient method for the diagnosis of overall machine condition. There are two ISO recommendations concerning machine condition monitoring using this type of measurement; the much-used ISO 2372 and the more recent ISO 10816

On-Site Balancing
Unbalances may occur during operation causing costly damage to machines and field balancing is the best solution. We provide on-site field balancing service for all applications and industries. Our engineers are capable on all types of unbalance problem. If it rotates, we can balance it.
- Provide both one plane balancing, two plane balancing, balancing at running speed with unlimited rotor weight and balancing speed.
- Measure the unbalance and correct it without any need to dismantle the rotor.
Thermal Image Service
Thermal Imaging inspection is a reliable, non-destructive, non-contact and a good effective way to detect any abnormality in your facility. Thermal Imaging also helps detect fever screening and fix issues to prevent any unnecessary shutdowns and failures.
- Safely measure the temperature of moving objects, very hot objects (Up to 650°C) and high voltage objects.
- Inspection for electrical faults, mechanical faults, structure and insulation damaged to determine when maintenance is required.

Oil Analysis
Oil analysis services are a relatively inexpensive and simple way to help monitor the condition of the oil & the machine in your facility. Oil analysis is the earliest way to detect the machine condition or issues to prevent any major accident and decrease the repair cost.
